IDC seeks to bring alive the experience of fine and traditional south indian dinning. Professionally trained chefs and traditional master chefs have presented diners the choicest regional South Indian cuisines.
IDC the home of South Indian cuisine is located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We make delicious idlies with chutnies, varities of Dosas, Vada, Bondas, Pakodas, Samosas, and Meals. There are loads to explore in idli itself variying from plain idli to kaima idli.
Most of the food is served over banana leaf - It is one of the most eco-friendly, healthy and hygienic way to eat. Tea is prepared in traditional boilers which preserves the original taste and aroma.
